How can I change, cancel, or modify my order?
We know things happen — if you need to make a change, we’ll do our best to help.
✏️ To change or add/remove items from your order
Please email hello@vossdot.com as soon as possible with your order number and the details of your requested change. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, our team can adjust or update it for you.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, we’re unable to modify the contents — but you can start a return or exchange once it arrives.
❌ To cancel your order
Contact hello@vossdot.com right away with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and issue a refund immediately.
If it has already shipped, you may return it under our 30-day return policy once delivered.
