International Orders outside Canada

For orders shipping outside of Canada, there is an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days, but most orders have been delivered in under 5. If you would like to know the exact date of delivery of your order, please send us a message to our chat or an email to hello@vossdot.com to get a travel quote before you place your order! 

There is a minimum $19.99 shipping fee for international orders going outside of the USA or Canada, and we offer a credit of up to $19.99 for a return fee (via refund with your order). Return must be made with a tracking number.

Customs/ Duties and Taxes:  Customs and duties fees will be charged to at the checkout once you enter your shipping information. Voss Helmets has no control over this fee as this is a regulation set by your government. If you are worried about having to pay a fee over and above the cost of your helmet, we highly recommend that you research regulations on importing to your country or call your customs agent.

Voss Helmets is not responsible for any duties that may need to be paid for your package. If applicable, these duties must be paid by you. Should you deny the payment and request that the package be returned, we will not cover the costs of duties, fees, or returning the package.
