Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your Voss Helmets account and checking the “My Orders” section.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 2–3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact hello@vossdot.com for assistance.
Reporting a Lost or Delayed Package -
If your tracking shows no updates or your order appears to be lost in transit, please email hello@vossdot.com with:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address

Any relevant tracking information
Our team will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Package Protection provides full coverage for your order against loss or damage during transit by replacing it. This is a optional paid service that must be selected and added to your shopping cart at the time of ordering.
Please note that Voss is not responsible for stolen packages. To help prevent theft, make sure to select "Signature Required" at checkout. If you choose "Signature Required" and the package is signed for upon delivery, Voss will not offer coverage or replacement if the package is subsequently stolen or lost.
