Warranty Submissions

At Voss Helmets, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we make.

All Voss Helmets products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship — including:
 

• Helmet shell or liner defects
• Hardware, visor, and venting system malfunctions
• Stitching or structural issues on apparel or gloves

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Impact from accidents or drops
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, fading)
• Improper storage, maintenance, or modification
   

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact our support team at hello@vossdot.com with your proof of purchase and photos so we can assess and assist you right away.
