International Orders outside of the USA and Canada

For orders shipping outside of the USA and Canada, there is an estimated transit time of 3-8 business days, but most orders have been delivered in under 5. If you would like to know an exact date of delivery of your order, please send us a message to our chat or an email to hello@vossdot.com to get a travel quote before you place your order! 

There is a minimum $19.99 shipping fee for international orders going outside of the USA or Canada, and we offer a credit of up to $19.99 for return fee (via refund with your order). Return must be made with a tracking number.

Customs/ Duties and Taxes:  Customs and duties fees will be charged to you separately. Voss does not collect any duties or taxes fees - but you may be required to pay the fee to your government/ courier prior to delivery. Voss Helmets has no control over this fee as this is a regulation set by your government. If you are worried about having to pay a fee over and above the cost of your helmet, we highly recommend that you research regulation on importing to your country or call your customs agent.
