Do you sell replacement parts? Do you repair damaged parts under warranty?

Yes — we sell a wide range of replacement parts and accessories for Voss Helmets, including:
 

• Face shields and visors
• Spoilers and trim kits
• Liners and cheek pads
• Vent covers, screws, and hardware
   

For most small parts, you will need to contact hello@vossdot.com about availability and cost. — our team will be glad to help you.

🛠️ Repairs & Warranty

We do not offer in-house repair services for damaged helmets or parts, as any post-impact or structural damage can compromise safety. However, if your item shows a manufacturer defect and is within the one-year warranty period, we will replace or supply the defective part at no cost.

To start a warranty claim, please email hello@vossdot.com with your order number, detailed photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your claim and provide next steps to get you back on the road safely.
