I would just to say thank you to Voss Helmets for standing behind their product. I had purchased an 888FRP helmet 3 years ago. This year the gel coat was literally disintegrating from the outer helmet surface. This essentially made the helmet unusable. After reaching out to Voss customer service a member of their team reviewed my concern and advised me that Voss would replace the helmet with a brand new one. I have never experienced a level of customer service that's even close to this. This company really values it's customers in a manner I have not seen before. Thank you so much for standing behind your product! And I would like to thank Taylor for assisting me as well.
