FREE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
To book a free return:
You have up to 30 days to return/ exchange your item. As we are dealing with a safety product, we must enforce this policy. We do understand that sizing issues and general satisfaction with the helmet do occur, so we have a grace period to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please send us an e-mail at hello@vossdot.com with the following information. We will e-mail you with the confirmation of your collection time and address, a booking reference number, and returns documents within 24 hours. Voss Helmets uses FedEx/ USPS Shipping services, if FedEx/ USPS is not a viable option for your return, please let us know and we will try our best to find a different return method.
- First Name, Last name;
- Order ID number/ Invoice number;
- Reason for return.
In order to process your return - it is mandatory to include pictures of the following - the front, the left side, the right side, the inside, the back of the helmet, and the helmet box. As well as, the inner drop-down visor, if there are any accessories that you are looking to return, please include pictures as well.
To pack the helmet for return, please secure it in its helmet bag and tie the drawstrings tight (the bag should cover the entire helmet and should not slip off during transit as long as it is tightened), place it into its helmet box, and into another outer shipping box for protection.
Please note: all purchased products must be in original packaging and unused condition. If we receive the product back and upon inspection find it has been tampered with or used, we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange or you may be subject to a restocking fee. This includes all items pertaining to the item sold, ie. helmet, and original packaging, such as helmet bag or inner box packaging, tags and labels not removed, etc. Refunds or exchanges only occur once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
*Refunds will not include the shipping for orders under $50 USD
What happens next?
- Print out the Way Bill and attach it to the outside of the parcel;
- Please print or save a copy of the Way Bill for your records – you can use this to track your return shipment.
- Drop off your package at your closest FedEx or USPS Depot.
If you have not heard from us within 10 days of the return, we strongly suggest contacting us to ensure we received the product so that we may begin the refund/ exchange process. You can reach us either by email hello@vossdot.com or by phone M-F (Pacific Standard Time) from 9 am to 4 pm.
Once the Voss Warehouse has received your item and it has been approved for return, we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process.
To book a free Exchange:
Follow the same steps for the return, but note that it is an exchange when contacting us.
What happens next?
- Print out the Way Bill and attach it to the outside of the parcel;
- Please print or save a copy of the Way Bill for your records – you can use this to track your return shipment.
- Drop off your package at your closest FedEx Depot, contact us, and let us know you've dropped it off and we will ship out your exchanged product!
